Summertime calls for cookouts, pool parties, and FLOATS. This is a simple yet sophisticated dessert or snack for those who can't get enough coffee!

Ingredients | French Press Coffee Grounds Float

2 scoops vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

½ cup Gevalia® Cold Brew Concentrate, any flavor

1 maraschino cherry (Optional)

Directions

Place ice cream in a cup. Pour cold brew concentrate over ice cream.

Garnish with a cherry. Use a straw for stirring and drinking.

Ice cream should be slightly softened so that it can be easily mixed with the coffee and drinkable. For a mocha float, use chocolate ice cream. Experiment with different flavors of ice cream and different flavors of Gevalia(R) Cold Brew!
